EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If the items you have purchased are no longer suitable, check the criteria below before going to the store or requesting authorization.
The following products are final sale:
• Textbooks. The following exceptions may be allowed:
• Used books.
• Products with hygiene standards: stethoscope, swimming cap, ect.
• Branded promotional products and clothing for a specific group.
• Clearance products.
• Digital products
In-store product return condition
Condition for returning a product sold on the WEB and shipped to the customer
For web orders that you wish to return by carrier, ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was received. Submit a return authorization request to the Coop:
• Your request must be sent within 10 days of receipt of the package;
• Clearly specify the reason for the return;
• Submit your request by email to: librairie@collegeboreal.ca
Once the return has been authorized, you can return the item to us in store or by carrier at your expense, in its original packaging with the corresponding receipt from the Coop to the following address:

Credit will be issued after receipt of the product and only if the product is received intact and in resellable condition.
Condition of exchange or return for defective or non-compliant products
Items sold by the Coop are new. When an item is defective or does not comply with your initial order, it will be exchanged or refunded. We will credit you for the postage you paid to ship your package to Coop Boréal.
Digital Publications
Digital publications: They are protected by the Copyright Act. Online sales are limited to Canadian territory. Download links are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase.
We are required to sell digital publications at prices set by publishers. There is therefore no loyalty rewards on these products.
No exchange, credit or refund will be accepted after confirmation of a sale transaction of a digital product, unless the digital product is defective.
